智慧社区作为智慧城市的重要组成部分,其建设、发展近年来得到了国家和地方的高度重视和支持。然而,智慧社区建设并非单方面的应用开发,而是涉及多方主体的系统工程,拥有丰富的语义内涵。为了构建智能、宜居、高品质、可交互的居住生活空间,各地开展了广泛的探索实践。在诸多建设实践中,房地产企业主导的智慧社区发展迅速。在对相关政策背景进行系统梳理的基础上,深入探讨了中国智慧社区建设的语义内涵,并对各地当前的实践工作进行总结和分析。

As an important part of smart city,smart community has received great attention and support from the state and local governments in recent years for their construction and development.However,the construction of a smart community is not a unilateral process,but a system engineering involving multiple parties,with rich semantic connotations.In order to build a intelligent,livable,high-quality and interactive living space,extensive explorations and practices have been carried out in various places.Among all of the current construction practices,smart communities led by real estate companies have developed rapidly.On the basis of the systematic review of relevant policies,the semantic connotation of China’s smart community construction is deeply discussed,and the current practices in different cities is summarized and analyzed.
