全国高校社区老年人养老服务现状及影响因素研究

Studying on the Status of Community Pension Service in Colleges and Universities and Its Influencing Factors

目的探究全国高校社区养老服务现状及老年人养老意愿的影响因素,为探索适合高校社区老年人群的.养老模式提供参考。方法随机对全国123所高校社区6150名60岁以上老人做随机问卷调查及相应随访。结果83.1%的调查对象在家养老,无机构提供养老服务,老人在养老中最大困难是医疗保险报销过低,对家政服务、安全保障服务、生活照顾方面需求较大;64.6%的调查对象愿尝试整合照料式的养老服务。结论政府或相关部门需整合优化养.老资源,合理统筹规划,满足养老服务的需求,建设新型养老服务模式。

Objective To explore the status of community pension services in colleges and universities and the factors to influence the willingness of pension service of the elderly, and provide references for exploring the pension mode. Methods 6,150 old people aged over 60 years old were randomly sampled from 123 colleges and universities, and surveyed with questionnaire and follow-up visit. Results 83.1% of these respondents received nursing care at home with no institution. The greatest difficulties for the elderly in retiring were lower reimbursement for medical insurance, stronger demands for housekeeping services, security services and life care. 64.6% of them had the willingness to experience integrate care-type pension services. Conclusion The government or relevant departments need to integrate and optimize the resources for pension, make rational overall plans, meet the needs of pension services, and build a new model of pension services.
