摘要
一般情况下,生活垃圾焚烧发电厂项目采用锅炉上水方式进行低温烘炉,为了对生活垃圾焚烧发电厂锅炉不上水低温烘炉进行应用研究,分别从烘炉前准备、烘炉机及温度临时测点布置、烘炉过程控制等方面进行把控,通过低温烘炉试块含水率检测及内部炉墙感官检查,发现采用锅炉不上水方式的低温烘炉是可行的,为其他垃圾焚烧发电厂项目低温烘炉提供参考,特别是在寒冷地区的项目。
Furnace heating with water in the boiler is very common in municipal solid waste incinerator projects.In order to research the furnace heating without water in the boiler on Municipal Solid Waste Incinerators,the process was controlled from the following aspects,furnace heating preparation,layout of furnace heating machine and temporary temperature measuring points,furnace heating process control,etc.Through the test block water content measurement and the furnace wall sensory examination,found that the application of furnace heating without water in the boiler on municipal solid waste incinerators is feasible.The method can provide reference for furnace heating of other municipal solid waste incinerators,especially in cold region.
