特殊社区基于共同体利益的去问题化建构——以南京市Y社区为例

The De-problemization Construction of Special Community Based on Community Interests——Take Nanjing Y Community as an Example

殡仪馆周围的特殊社区是值得探讨的场所。基于利益相关者分析视角,案例可分为殡仪馆、村委会和村民三方主体,村委会和殡仪馆通过协商,让村庄共同体在利益交换中获益。在村庄就地拆迁形成的Y社区,居民和租户依据实际利益对殡仪馆产生正向的态度归因,使之得以抵御鬼神畏惧。长期以来共同体的利益获得让殡仪馆的存在不再成为问题。为推动共同体未来的正向发展,需要正视村干部在利益交换和拆迁中的以权谋私行为,规范权力,完善利益分配,利用村庄稳定的人际交往关系,保持村庄活力,形塑良好的生活空间。

Special communities around funeral homes are places worth exploring.Based on the perspective of stakeholder analysis,the case can be divided into three main bodies:funeral home,village committee and villagers.The village committee and funeral home can benefit the village community from the interest exchange through consultation.At the Y community formed by local village demolition,residents and tenants have positive attitude attribution to funeral home according to their actual interests,so that they can resist ghosts and gods.The long-standing community gains made the existence of funeral homes no longer a problem.In order to promote the positive development of the community in the future,it is necessary to face up to the abuse of power for personal gain by village cadres in the exchange of interests and demolition,standardize power,perfect the distribution of interests,make use of the stable interpersonal relationship of the village,maintain the vitality of the village,and shape a good living space.
