细胞与遗传学实验是一门重要的必修基础课程,由细胞生物学和遗传学2门课程实验内容合并而成。该文分析了目前细胞与遗传学实验教学中存在的验证性实验多、教学手段单一、课时不足、考核不完善等问题,并针对性地提出了教学改革对策,以期提高教学效果,培养复合型、创新型人才。

The experiment of cell and genetics is an important basic course,which is composed of cell biology and ge⁃netics.This paper analyzes the existing problems in cell and genetics experimental teaching,such as more confirma⁃tive experiments,single teaching means,insufficient class hours,imperfect examination,and so on,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for teaching reform,so as to improve the teaching effect and cultivate compound and innovative talents.
