采用外贴钢板的方法提高RC板的抗爆性能 被引量:5

摘要 为研究外贴钢板对钢筋混凝土板(RC板)抗爆性能的影响,建立了与已有试验文献完全相同的数值分析模型并验证了数值分析方法的正确性,提出了3种不同的外贴钢板防护方案并采用数值分析方法进行了比较,研究了防护方案3对简支支座与固定支座RC板在爆炸Ⅲ荷载下的防护效果。研究表明:爆炸荷载较小时(爆炸Ⅰ、Ⅱ),采用方案1与方案2防护的RC板破坏严重,采用方案3防护的RC板的抗爆性能明显提高,并且方案3的外贴钢板仍然处于弹性阶段;爆炸荷载较大时(爆炸Ⅲ),方案3的外贴钢板出现塑性区域,其对简支支座RC板的防护效果不明显。将简支支座变更为固定支座后,由于支座对外贴钢板及RC板的约束增强,方案3可以有效地提高RC板的抗爆性能。 In order to study the influence of external sticking steel plates on the anti-explosion performance of reinforced concrete slabs(RC slabs),a numerical analysis model which was identical with the previous experimental literature was established and the correctness of the numerical analysis method was verified.In this paper,3 different schemes with external sticking steel plate protection were put forward and compared by numerical analysis method.The protection effect of the scheme 3 on RC slabs with simple supports and fixed supports under explosion Ⅲ was studied.The results show that when the explosive load is small(explosion Ⅰ and Ⅱ),the RC slabs protected by scheme 1 and scheme 2 are seriously damaged.The anti-explosion performance of RC slab protected by scheme 3 is obviously improved,and the external sticking steel plates of scheme 3 are still in the elastic stage.When the explosive load is large(explosion Ⅲ),the plastic zone appears in the external steel plates of scheme 3,which has no obvious protective effect on the RC slab with simple support.After the simple support is changed to fixed support,the scheme 3 can effectively improve the anti-explosion performance of RC slabs due to the reinforcement of the constraint of steel plates and RC slab attached to the support.
