摘要
旨在大数据背景下,对档案管理绩效进行精准与客观的评价。构建系统的档案管理绩效评价体系,以管理绩效作为目标层,以完整性、高效性、实用性及先进性四个要素作为准则层,提炼16个因素作为指标层,在利用层次分析法AHP确定常权权重的基础上,引入均衡函数进行惩罚型变权处理,并以某高等院校BH为例进行数据收集与处理分析。
The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of archives management accurately and objectively in the context of big data.In this paper,an archives management performance evaluation system is constructed with 16 factors as indicator layers.Specifically,management performance is set as the target layer,while completeness,efficiency,practicability and advancement are set as criterion layers.AHP method is applied to determine constant weights,and equilibrium functions are introduced to obtain punitive variable weights.BH University is taken as an example to conduct data collection and processing analysis.
