国外档案利用服务社会化特点及启示

在进行档案管理的工作中,科学有效地利用档案来执行国家的相关工作十分有利于提高社会工作事务的效率,能够更好地实现为人民服务。在目前的很多发达国家都已经应用了档案服务的方式来进行社会化事业的服务和调配,相关的档案管理部门通过完善的管理体系和完善的系统来进行操作,实现对公众提供专业的服务。本文主要对国外档案利用服务社会化特点来进行讨论,之后对其启示进行阐述,希望借此提升对档案利用服务社会化的认识,积累相关的工作经验。

The scientific and effective use of archives to carry out relevant national work in the management of archives is helpful to improve the efficiency of social work and serve the people better.The method of archival service has been applied to serve and allocate social undertakings in many developed countries.Related archives management departments have been operated through a sound management system to provide professional service to the public.This paper mainly discusses the characteristics of foreign archives utilization service socialization,and then expounds its enlightenment,hoping to improve the understanding of archives utilization socialization and to accumulate relevant work experience.
