民国时期葡籍华商踊跃地投资广州房地产。他们主要的投资方式有建购住宅、商铺,购买商铺永租权等。参与者多为中小商人,以个人或者少数商人联合出资为主,鲜有以房地产公司为运营主体的案例。投资者分散,资金少,体现了“量少而分散”的特点,这表明了当时的葡籍华商还未在房地产投资领域发展成熟。

During the Republic of China,Portuguese businessmen in China actively invested in Guangzhou real estate.Their main investment methods included the construction and purchase of houses,shops,and the purchase of permanent leases on shops.Participants were mostly small or medium-sized businessmen,with investment by individuals or joint investment by a few businessmen,and there were few cases where real estate companies were the main operating body.The dispersion of investors and the lack of funds indicated that Portuguese businessmen in China were not yet mature in real estate investment field.
