某机械加工企业噪声危害调查与评价 被引量:4

Investigation and evaluation of noise hazard in a mechanical processing enterprises

摘要 目的调查分析某机械加工企业噪声危害强度、职业病危害防护设施设置及对作业人员健康的影响,为加强噪声危害的管控提供依据。方法对某机械加工企业噪声分布情况进行调查,并依据GBZ/T 189.8-2007《工作场所有物理因素测量第8部分:噪声》进行测量,结合测量结果进行综合分析与评价。结果机械加工企业噪声分布广泛,超标较为严重,所测的66个岗位中共计31个岗位为Ⅰ级(轻度危害),22个岗位为Ⅱ级(中度危害),9个岗位为Ⅲ级(重度危害),4个岗位为Ⅳ级(极重危害)。结论机械加工行业受工艺限制,噪声强度较高,用人单位应采取综合降噪、减振措施并加强劳动者职业健康监护等。 Objective To investigate and analyze the noise hazard of occupational disease harm protection facilities and the effects on workers’health about a mechanical processing enterprises during normal operation,and to put forward some suggestions and to provide basis for similar enterprises to strengthen the control and management of noise hazard.Methods The noise distribution of a machining enterprise was investigated,and the measurement was carried out according to GBZ/T 189.8-2007 physical factor measurement in the workplace part 8:noise.Combined with the measurement results,the comprehensive analysis and evaluation were carried out.Results The noise of machining enterprises was widely distributed and exceeding the standard was more serious.Of the 66 posts tested,31 posts were ClassⅠ,22 were ClassⅡ,9 were ClassⅢ,4 were ClassⅣ.Conclusion By the restrictions on technology of mechanical processing industry,the noise intensity is high and the employing unit should strengthen the management of workplace with high noise intensity and occupational health care of workers.
