参麦注射液联合比索洛尔治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的效果及对心功能的影响

Effect of Shenmai Injection Combined with Bisoprolol in the Treatment of Elderly Chronic Heart Failure and Its Influence on Cardiac Function

目的探讨参麦注射液联合比索洛尔治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床效果及对心功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者96例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组在常规基础治疗上给予比索洛尔,观察组在对照组基础上加用参麦注射液,疗程均为8周。比较2组临床疗效,以及治疗前后左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、脑钠肽(BNP)、脑钠肽前体(pro-BNP)、心力衰竭生活质量调查表(LIHFe)评分。观察2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组LVESD、LVEDD、BNP、pro-BNP以及LIHFe评分较治疗前降低,LVEF较治疗前升高,且观察组LVESD、LVEDD、BNP、pro-BNP以及LIHFe评分降低程度、LVEF升高程度均大于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2组治疗期间不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合比索洛尔对老年慢性心力衰竭患者疗效确切,可有效改善心功能和生活质量,降低BNP、pro-BNP水平,且安全性良好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenmai injection combined with Bisoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)in the elderly and its influence on cardiac function.Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with CHF treated from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to different treatment methods.The control group was given Bisoprolol on the basis of conventional basic treatment,and the observation group was given Shenmai injection on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,as well as the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),pro-brain natriuretic peptide(pro-BNP),and living with heart failure(LIHFe)questionnaire score were compared.The occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment was observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of LVESD,LVEDD,BNP,pro-BNP,and LIHFe in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,LVEF was higher than that before treatment,and the decrease in LVESD,LVEDD,BNP,pro-BNP and LIHFe scores of the observation group and the increase in LVEF were greater than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with Bisoprolol has a definite effect on elderly patients with CHF.It can effectively improve heart function and quality of life,reduce BNP and pro-BNP levels,and has good safety.
