我国开发区研究历史演进、基本现状与未来展望

The Historical Evolution,Basic Status and Prospects of Research on Development Zones in China

开发区是理解国家治理的重要线索,梳理开发区研究历史、现状与不足,有助于推动国家治理体系与治理能力现代化。文章基于CSSCI数据库筛选出763篇文献,运用CiteSpace进行知识图谱分析,发现我国开发区研究在1998-1999年热度较高,2000-2001年研究热度骤降,2002-2007年研究热度呈波动升高,2007年以后波动下降。已有研究多从经济技术开发区、高新技术开发区、产业集聚、土地集约利用等角度切入,且大致可归为开发区的方向定位、管理体制、发展道路、内外环境方面,尚存在研究的专门化程度低、交叉化程度低、均衡化程度低等不足。未来开发区研究应更加聚焦方向问题、立足发展问题、重视管理问题、关注环境问题。

Development zones are an important clue to understanding national governance.Sorting out the research history,status quo and deficiencies of development zones will help promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.The article screened 763 documents based on the CSSCI database and used CiteSpace to analyze the knowledge graph.It was found that the research heat of development zones in China was high from 1998 to 1999,and dropped sharply from 2000 to 2001.The research heat increased in a fluctuating manner from 2002 to 2007,and decreased after 2007.The existing researches are mostly from the perspectives of economic and technological development zones,hightech development zones,industrial agglomeration,and intensive land use,which can be roughly classified into the orientation,management system,development path and internal and external environment of development zones.However,there are still some deficiencies such as low degree of specialization,low degree of intersection and low degree of balance.In the future,the research on development zones should focus more on direction,development,management and environment.
