外源与内生:革命老区社会工作现状及优化路径--以江西省C县为个案

Exogenous and Endogenous:The Status and Optimization Path of Social Work in Old Revolutionary Base Areas

通过对江西省C县社会工作发展的实地考察,从发展路径、服务对象、专业化程度三个方面,总结当前革命老区社会工作发展的现状,并根据这些现状及革命老区社会工作发展存在的问题,从服务制度体系、服务对象、社会工作者能力、服务在地化四个方面,提出革命老区社会工作发展的优化路径,最后用外源与内生并举机制总结当前革命老区社会工作的发展逻辑,并指出这种发展逻辑也将给内地其他欠发达地区的社会工作发展提供启发。

Based on the field investigation of social work development in C county of Jiangxi province,this paper summariz⁃es the current situation of social work development in old revolutionary base areas from three aspects:development path,ser⁃vice object and degree of specialization.According to these situations and the problems existing in the development of social work in the old revolutionary base areas,this paper puts forward the optimization path of social work development in old revo⁃lutionary base areas from four aspects of service system,service objects,social workers'ability and service localization.Final⁃ly,it summarizes the current development logic of social work in old revolutionary base areas by using both exogenous and endogenous mechanisms,and points out that this development logic will also provide inspiration for the development of social work in other underdeveloped areas in the mainland.
