针刀结合关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎25例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 25 Cases of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis Treated with Acupotomy Combined with Joint Mobilization

目的:观察针刀结合关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:将75例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为针刀组、关节松动组、结合组,每组25例。针刀组给予针刀配合自我锻炼治疗,关节松动组给予关节松动术配合自我锻炼治疗,结合组给予针刀配合关节松动术治疗。3组均以3周为1个疗程。观察3组临床疗效,以及治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肩关节活动度(ROM)、Constant肩关节功能(CMS)评分。结果:治疗后,3组患者VAS评分、ROM、CMS评分较治疗前均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且结合组优于针刀组、关节松动组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀结合关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎疗效明确,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:Seventy-five patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into an acupotomy group,a joint loosening group and a combination group,with 25 cases in each.The acupotomy group was treated with acupotomy combined with self-exercise therapy,the joint mobilization group was treated with joint loosening combined with self-exercise,and the combination group was treated with acupotomy combined with joint loosening.The three groups were treated for 3 weeks as a course.The clinical efficacy,VAS,ROM and CMS were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,VAS,ROM and CMS of the three groups were improved compared with those before treatment,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05);and the combination group was better than the acupotomy group and the joint loosening group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy combined with joint loosening is effective in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,worthy of clinical promotion.
