导师指导研究综述

Literature Review on Supervisors’Guidance

在研究生教育中,导师是研究生培养的关键要素,如何使导师清楚自身角色和保证有效指导,是当前研究生培养的重要议题。在梳理国内外关于导师指导相关文献的基础上,从导师指导的范畴、内涵与影响三方面展开综述,有利于加深对导师指导的理解,同时发现目前研究存在的不足。今后研究应注意:厘清导师指导相关概念,系统考察导师指导的影响机理,重视导师指导的嵌入性。

In postgraduate education,supervisors are the key element for postgraduate student training.How to make supervisors clearly aware of their roles and ensure effective guidance is an important issue in postgraduate education.Based on the domestic and foreign literature on supervisors’guidance,a review of the scope,connotation and influence of supervisors’guidance is helpful to deepen the understanding of supervisors’guidance and discover the gaps of the current research.Finally,it is pointed out that future research should pay attention to clarifying the related concepts of supervisors’guidance,systematically investigating the influence mechanism of supervisors’guidance,and attaching importance to the embeddedness of supervisors’guidance.
