Prevention of basin severe flood of Yangtze River in 2020

摘要 2020年长江发生流域性大洪水,上游发生特大洪水,出现了1998年以来最严重汛情。在分析2020年长江暴雨洪水的特点和系统总结洪水防御工作的基础上,梳理了成功防御长江5次编号洪水的主要经验。重点分析了在蓄滞洪区建设管理、洲滩民垸管理、水库调度规范化管理、水工程联合调度、预测预报等方面存在的问题,并对今后的洪水防御工作提出了建议。 In 2020,a basin severe flood occurred in Yangtze River,among which an extraordinarily flood occurred in the upstream,which was the most serious flood since 1998.Based on the analysis on the characteristics of rainstorms and floods in Yangtze River in 2020 and the systematic summary of flood prevention works,the main experiences of successfully fighting against the five numbered floods in Yangtze River is summarized in this paper.Meanwhile,the problems existing in the construction and management of flood storage and detention areas,the management of dykes in the bottomland,the standardized management of reservoirs operation,the joint operation of water projects,and the prediction are analyzed.Lastly,some suggestions are put forward for flood prevention in the future.
