一株凝结芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定及益生性分析 被引量:5

摘要 通过细菌形态学、生理生化特征分析和16S rDNA序列测定,鉴定从仔猪肠道内分离出的菌株为凝结芽孢杆菌。以其生长曲线及pH曲线、抑菌性、耐抗生素能力、产酶能力、产酸能力等为评价指标,分析凝结芽孢杆菌G4的益生性能。结果表明,凝结芽孢杆菌G4抑菌性较好,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率分别可达95.1%和91.0%。耐抗生素试验结果表明凝结芽孢杆菌G4对大多数抗生素均高敏,对杆菌肽耐药。研究还发现这株凝结芽孢杆菌具有一定的产乳酸能力,产乳酸量为48.05 mmol·L-1,同时具有一定的产酶能力,淀粉酶活力为213.99 U·mg-1prot,乳糖酶酶活力为45.98 U·mg-1prot,蛋白酶酶活力为0.094 U·mg-1·min-1。该菌株具备作为饲料微生态制剂的发展潜力。 This study was performed to investigate the probiotic of Bacillus coagulans,which isolated from piglets'intestine.The strain was identified as Bacillus coagulans through the analysis of morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics,16S rDNA gene sequences.Probiotic of Bacillus coagulans were evaluated based on the growth curve and pH curve,inhibitory activity,antibiotics resistance,the ability to produce enzyme and the ability to produce lactic acid.Results showed that the strain of G4 had the better antibacterial activities to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and the inhibition ratio of 95.1%and 91.0%,respectively.It was highly sensitive to most of antibiotics and resisted bacitracin.The data also suggested that the strain of G4 had the ability to produce lactic acid and 48.05 mmol·L-1 lactic acid production,while had the ability to produce various enzymes,213.99 U·mg-1prot amylase,45.98 U·mg-1prot lactase,0.094 U·mg-1·min-1 protease.It was indicated that Bacillus coagulans G4 had the development potential in the feed microbial ecological agents.
