肺炎是犊牛的一种常见高发病,主要是因犊牛年龄较小,器官发育不完善,抵抗力较差,体温调节能力弱,易受到多种因素影响而发病,发病率和死亡率均较高。其中,细菌、病毒、寄生虫以及衣原体、支原体等感染对犊牛肺炎的危害最为严重。犊牛肺炎的预防主要靠加强饲养管理和免疫接种来实现;临床以抗菌消炎、控制继发感染、制止渗出为治疗原则,尤其抗菌消炎是治疗犊牛肺炎最有效的途径。采取科学有效的防制措施,可减轻肺炎给养殖场带来的经济损失。

Pneumonia is a high incidence of calves,mainly due to the calf's younger age,imperfect organ development,poor resistance,weak body temperature regulation,and easy to be affected by many factors.The morbidity and mortality rates are higher.Among them,bacteria,viruses,parasites,chlamydia,mycoplasma and other infections have the most serious harm to calf pneumonia.Prevention of calf pneumonia was mainly achieved by strengthening feeding management and immunization;clinical treatment principles are anti-bacterial and antiinflammatory,controlling secondary infections,and preventing exudation,especially anti-bacterial antiinflammatory was the most effective way to treat calf pneumonia.Taking scientific and effective preventive measures will greatly reduce the economic losses caused by pneumonia to farm.
