摘要
在黑龙江省某大型肉牛养殖场随机选择300~320日龄,舍饲育成牛20头和放牧育成牛20头。分析40头牛血液指标。结果显示,放牧牛与舍饲牛相比,血浆中BHBA、TBIL、P的水平均极显著的降低;血浆中Ca和TG水平显著升高,血浆中BUN和SOD水平均极显著升高;血浆L-ACT无显著差异。舍饲育成牛和放牧育成牛在能量代谢、矿物质代谢、肝功和抗氧化能力不同,舍饲育成牛略差于放牧育成牛。
In a large beef cattle farm in Heilongjiang Province,the age of 300-320 days old was randomly selected,and 20 cattle were raised in feedlot and 20 cattle were raised by grazing.Blood indexes of 40 cattle were analyzed.The results showed that the plasma levels of BHBA,TBIL and P in grazing cattle were significantly lower than those in feedlot cattle.The levels of Ca and TG in plasma were significantly increased,and the levels of BUN and SOD were significantly increased.There was no significant difference in plasma L-ACT.The conditions of energy metabolism,mineral metabolism,liver function and antioxidant capacity of cattle raised in captivity and those raised in grazing are different.
