辽宁省地级市尺度收缩城市识别

Shrinkage city identification of prefecture-level cities in Liaoning province

随着经济全球化进程加快,城市化水平提高,在此背景下产生的收缩城市问题逐渐受到人们的广泛关注.为了解辽宁省的城市收缩现状,探寻辽宁省城市发展过程中存在的收缩问题,利用单维人口识别和多维综合识别两种识别方法,分别对辽宁省地级市的城市收缩情况进行识别.因为不同的识别方法识别出的收缩城市不同,为提高识别精度,将两种识别方法同时识别出的城市定义为收缩城市.以此为判断依据,在辽宁省内共识别出5个收缩城市,分别为鞍山、营口、阜新、辽阳、铁岭.最后,从人口、经济、社会3个方面提出了辽宁省收缩城市未来发展的建议.

With the acceleration of economic globalization and the improvement of urbanization level,the problem of shrinking cities under this background has gradually been widely concerned by people.In order to understand the current situation of urban shrinkage in Liaoning province,the shrinkage problems in the process of urban development in Liaoning province were explored.In this paper,the shrinkage cities of prefecture-level cities in Liaoning province are identified by using two identification methods,one dimensional population identification and multi-dimensional comprehensive identification.Because different identification methods can identify different shrinking cities,in order to improve the identification accuracy,the city identified by the two identification methods is defined as shrinking city.Based on this,five shrinkage cities in Liaoning province were identified,namely Anshan,Yingkou,Fuxin,Liaoyang and Tieling.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the future development of shrinking cities in Liaoning province from three aspects of population,economy and society.
