Through the understanding of the current complex international situation and the analysis of "neck jamming" problem,this paper summarizes the key role and important mission of discipline layout under the current background,sums up the practical dilemma and reform practice of discipline layout,puts forward suggestions and prospects for further optimization and adjustment of discipline layout and provides reference for solving "neck jamming" problem and perfecting the discipline layout.
