摘要 为科学应对突发公共卫生事件,特别是重大传染病疫情,本文采用事件树分析法和事故树分析法,对传染病疫情的发生、发展及预防、控制对策进行系统、深入分析,并结合新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,对政府及公众的应对方式、成效及存在的问题进行分析,提出提升公众应对疫情能力的对策。本文的研究方法可作为公共卫生研究领域的补充方法,研究结论可为突发公共卫生事件应对工作提供参考。 It is necessary to scientifically respond to public health emergencies,especially major infectious diseases.In this paper,event tree analysis and fault tree analysis are used to systemically and deeply analyze the occurrence,development,prevention and control measures of infectious diseases.The response methods,effectiveness and problems of the government and the public during the course of COVID-19 epidemic are analyzed,based on which the countermeasures are put forward to improve the response ability.The research methods used in this paper can be complementary methods in the public health research filed and the conclusions can provide reference for responding public health emergencies.
