重大活动住地的消防安全保卫特点及对策探讨

Discussion on Features and Countermeasures of Fire Protection for Residential Sites of Major Events

为做好重大活动消防安全保卫工作,本文归纳总结重大活动的类型和特点,从消防设施、火灾荷载、人员数量和用电负荷4方面对住地消防特点进行分析,在此基础上提出针对人员入住前和入住后消防安全保卫对策措施。分析显示,做好重大活动的消防安保工作,需要从以下几方面着手:管控好引发起火的源头因素;保持消防设施正常运行;做好突发火情的应对准备。

In this paper,in order to better accomplish the fire prevention and protection work for major events,the classifications and features were summarized,and the key points of carrying out the fire prevention and protection work of major event's residential sites were analyzed from fire facilities,fore load,electrical load and personnel load.The corresponding fire prevention measures aiming at'before check in'and'after check in'were put forward.The analysis results show that it is necessary to effectively control the source of fire,keep fire facilities normal operation and make preparation for coping with fire emergency to fulfill fire prevention and protection work for major events.
