特种作业实操考点分布现状分析

Analysis on Distribution of Practice Examination Sites of Special Operation

为深入了解全国特种作业实操考点现状,本文通过调查研究,对当前特种作业实操考点区域、类别、供给结构及设备类型进行分析。分析认为,特种作业实操考点建设已经历规模化发展,但区域发展不均衡、高危行业实操考点普遍滞后、供给结构差异性较大、虚拟仿真设备真实性不够等问题严重影响特种作业实操考试的高质量发展。同时,结合产业结构、从业人员密度及未来发展趋势,从考核理念、区域发展、供给结构、设备转型等方面提出对策建议,为实操考点高质量发展提供参考。

In order to deeply understand the current situation of the practice examination sites of the national special operation,this paper analyzes the regional distribution,category distribution,supply structure and equipment type.The analysis shows that the construction of special operation practice examination sites has experienced large-scale development,but the regional development is not balanced,the practical examination sites in high-risk industries are generally lagging behind,the supply structure is quite different,and the authenticity of virtual simulation equipment is not enough,which seriously affects the high-quality development of practical operation examination of special operation.At the same time,combined with the industrial structure,the density of employees and future development trend,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of assessment concept,regional development,supply structure,equipment transformation,etc.,so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of practical operation examination sites.
