摘要
目的通过深入访谈了解护理实习生参与师生合作教学活动的情感体验及建议,分析师生合作教学模式的优势和需进一步改进的方面,为推进临床教学活动改革提供参考依据。方法2019年4月选取29名参与过广州医科大学附属第三医院师生合作教学活动的本科护理实习生进行焦点小组访谈,并采用Colaizzi现象学分析法提炼主题。结果提炼出5个主题:锻炼思维和激发创新灵感、锻炼主动求知和促进深入理解知识、锻炼团队合作和改善人际关系、锻炼组织教学和提升演示能力、锻炼胆量和增进自信心,以及对师生合作教学活动的建议。结论护理实习生在参与师生合作教学活动中有正面情感体验和负面情感体验。下一步改进师生合作教学模式应从合理安排讨论时间、改进师生沟通方式、疏解学生压力、丰富内容和形式等方面着手。
Objective To understand the emotional experience and suggestions of nursing interns participating in teacher-student team-teaching activities through in-depth interviews,analyze the advantages of teacher-student team-teaching model and the aspects needing further improvement,and provide reference for promoting the reform of clinical teaching activities.Methods In April 2019,29 undergraduate nursing interns who had participated in teacher-student team-teaching activities in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected to conduct focus group interviews,and the theme was extracted by Colaizzi phenomenological analysis method.Results Five themes were extracted:exercise of thinking and inspiring innovative inspiration,exercise of active knowledge seeking and promoting in-depth understanding of knowledge,exercise of team cooperation and improving interpersonal relations,exercise of organizational teaching and improving demonstration ability,exercise of courage and improving self-confidence.And suggestions on teacher-student team-teaching activities were extracted.Conclusion Nursing interns have positive emotional experience and negative emotional experience when participating in teacher-student team-teaching activities.In the next step,we should improve the team-teaching mode by arranging discussion time reasonably,improving the communication mode between teachers and students,easing the pressure of students,and enriching the content and form.
