OSCE模式在心血管内科年轻护士综合能力培训考核中的应用效果

Application effect of OSCE model in comprehensive ability training and assessment of young nurses in cardiovascular medicine department

目的探讨心血管内科年轻护士应用基于OSCE模式培训的效果。方法纳入在本院心内科工作的年轻护士,其中2019年1—6月的护士22例,实施常规培训为对照组;2019年7—12月的护士24例,实施基于OSCE模式的培训为实验组,对比两组护士的临床核心能力和护理质量。结果实验组护士的护理思维(27.86±4.32)分、病情观察评估(29.42±4.23)分、规范操作(18.67±3.06)分、沟通能力(23.67±2.53)分、应变处理(25.16±3.46)分,均显著高于对照组的(24.26±3.12)分、(21.64±3.34)分、(15.63±2.35)分、(20.15±1.56)分、(19.35±2.35)分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);实验组护士的护理文书质量(96.18±3.68)分、病房管理质量(96.38±3.38)分、急救护理质量(97.79±6.08)分及重症护理质量(97.86±6.03)分,均显著优于对照组的(81.26±3.47)分、(82.19±5.69)分、(83.78±5.63)分、(80.21±5.39)分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在心血管内科年轻护士中应用基于OSCE模式的培训,显著提高护士的综合素质和能力,提高整体的护理质量,为科室的发展奠定重要基础。

Objective To explore the effect of training based on OSCE model on young nurses in cardiovascular medicine department.Methods Young nurses were included in cardiovascular medicine department of our hospital,of whom 22 nurses who received routine training from January to June 2019 as control group,24 nurses who received training based on OSCE model from July to December 2019 as experimental group.The clinical core competence and nursing quality of nurses in both groups were compared.Results The scores of core ability such as nursing thinking,observation and evaluation of disease,standardized operation,communication ability,and emergency treatment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(27.86±4.32)points vs.(24.26±3.12)points,(29.42±4.23)points vs.(21.64±3.34)points,(18.67±3.06)points vs.(15.63±2.35)points,(23.67±2.53)points vs.(20.15±1.56)points,(25.16±3.46)points vs.(19.35±2.35)points](all P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality such as nursing document quality,ward management quality,emergency nursing quality,and critical nursing quality in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group[(96.18±3.68)points vs.(81.26±3.47)points,(96.38±3.38)points vs.(82.19±5.69)points,(97.79±6.08)points vs.(83.78±5.63)points,(97.86±6.03)points vs.(80.21±5.39)points](all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of training based on the model of OSCE in young nurses in cardiovascular medicine department can improve the comprehensive quality and ability of nurses,improve the overall quality of nursing,and lay an important foundation for the development of department.
