垫枕复位结合单侧PKP对新鲜骨质疏松性腰胸椎压缩骨折患者椎体高度及后凸Cobb角的影响

Impact of Cushion Reduction Combined with Unilateral PKP on Vertebral Body Height and Kyphosis Cobb Angle of Patients with Fresh Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Compression Fracture

目的探讨垫枕复位结合单侧PKP对新鲜骨质疏松性腰胸椎压缩骨折患者椎体高度及后凸Cobb角的影响。方法78例新鲜骨质疏松性腰胸椎压缩骨折患者随机分为两组各39例,对照组给予单侧PKP治疗,观察组给予垫枕复位结合单侧PKP治疗,比较两组的椎体高度、后凸Cobb角、疼痛程度。结果术后1d,两组的伤椎前缘高度均高于术前,后凸Cobb角均低于术前,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论垫枕复位结合单侧PKP治疗新鲜骨质疏松性腰胸椎压缩骨折患者的效果较好,可恢复椎体高度,降低后凸Cobb角,缓解患者疼痛。

Objective To explore the impact of cushion reduction combined with unilateral PKP on vertebral body height and kyphosis Cobb angle of patients with fresh osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods 78 patients with fresh osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with unilateral PKP,while the observation group was treated with cushion reduction combined with unilateral PKP.The vertebral body height,kyphosis Cobb angle and pain degree were compared between two groups.Results 1 day after surgery,the anterior edge height of the injured vertebra in both groups were higher than those before surgery,and the kyphosis Cobb angle were lower than those before surgery,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score at 1 day after surgery in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cushion reduction combined with unilateral PKP in the treatment of patients with fresh osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture has good effect,which can restore vertebral body height,reduce kyphosis Cobb angle,and relieve pain of patients.
