双氯芬酸钠与地佐辛对人流患者镇痛效果及血流动力学指标的影响对比 被引量:2

Comparison on the Impact of Diclofenac Sodium and Dezocine on the Analgesic Effect and Hemodynamic Indicators of Patients with Induced Abortion

摘要 目的比较双氯芬酸钠与地佐辛对人流患者镇痛效果及血流动力学指标的影响。方法100例人流患者随机分为双氯芬酸钠组(双氯芬酸钠镇痛)和地佐辛组(地佐辛镇痛)各50例,比较两组患者的镇痛效果、血流动力学指标以及不良反应。结果两组的镇痛总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。双氯芬酸钠组治疗后的MAP、HR及SpO2均显著高于地佐辛组(P<0.05)。双氯芬酸钠组的不良反应发生率为2.00%,显著低于地佐辛组的16.00%(P<0.05)。结论双氯芬酸钠与地佐辛应用于人流患者均有确切的镇痛效果,但双氯芬酸钠对血流动力学的影响较小,安全性较高。 Objective To compare the impact of diclofenac sodium and dezocine on the analgesic effect and hemodynamic indicators of patients with induced abortion.Methods 100 induced abortion patients were randomly divided into diclofenac sodium group(diclofenac sodium analgesia)and dezocine group(dezocine analgesia),with 50 cases in each group.The analgesic effects,hemodynamic indicators and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results No significant difference was found in the total effective rate of analgesia between two groups(P>0.05).The MAP,HR and SpO2 after treatment of diclofenac sodium group were significantly higher than those of dezocine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of diclofenac sodium group was 2.00%,significantly lower than 16.00%of dezocine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Both diclofenac sodium and dezocine applied in induced abortion patients have definite analgesic effect,but diclofenac sodium has little impact on hemodynamics and has high safety.
