蛛网膜下腔阻滞复合右美托咪定对THA患者应激反应及循环系统稳定的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨蛛网膜下腔阻滞复合右美托咪定对全髋关节置换术(THA)患者应激反应以及循环系统稳定的影响。方法选择2016年8月至2018年12月我院收治的96例全髋关节置换术患者,随机分为两组各48例。对照组给予蛛网膜下腔阻滞,观察组在对照组基础上加用右美托咪定。比较两组的应激反应及循环系统稳定性。结果麻醉阻滞10min后,两组的应激反应指标水平均上升,循环系统稳定性指标水平均降低,但观察组各指标的改变幅度均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蛛网膜下腔阻滞复合右美托咪定可有效降低全髋关节置换术患者的应激反应,维持患者循环系统稳定。 Objective To explore the impact of subarachnoid block combined with dexmedetomidine on stress response and circulatory system stability in patients with total hip replacement(THA).Methods 96 patients with THA admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given subarachnoid block,and the observation group was added with dexmedetomidine on the basis of the control group.The stress response and circulatory system stability were compared between two groups.Results After anesthesia block for 10 min,the levels of stress response indicators of both groups increased,and the levels of circulatory system stability indicators decreased,but the change ranges of all indicators in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Subarachnoid block combined with dexmedetomidine can effectively reduce the stress response and maintain the circulatory system stability in patients with THA.
