前房角分离术联合白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察前房角分离术联合白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗急性闭角型青光眼(AACG)合并白内障(Cat)的临床效果。方法选取AACG合并Cat患者300例,根据手术方式的不同均分为两组。对照组采用白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合前房角分离术治疗。比较两组手术前后的视力、眼压及前房深度。结果术后3个月,观察组的视力优于对照组,眼压低于对照组,前房深度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前房角分离术联合白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗AACG合并Cat的疗效确切,可有效改善患者视力、眼压及前房深度。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of goniosynechialysis combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma(AACG)complicated with cataract(Cat).Methods 300 patients with AACG complicated with Cat were selected and equally divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,and the observation group was treated with goniosynechialysis on the basis of the control group.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth before and after surgery were compared between two groups.Results 3 months after surgery,the visual acuity of observation group was significantly better than that of control group,the intraocular pressure was lower than that of control group,and the anterior chamber depth was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Goniosynechialysis combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of AACG complicated with Cat has exact efficacy,and can effectively improve patients'visual acuity,intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth.
