奥拉西坦辅助胆碱酯酶抑制剂对脑梗死后轻中度认知功能障碍患者智力水平及生活质量的影响

Impact of Oxiracetam Assisted Cholinesterase Inhibitor on Intelligence Level and Quality of Life in Patients with Mild to Moderate Cognitive Impairment After Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨奥拉西坦辅助胆碱酯酶抑制剂对脑梗死后轻中度认知功能障碍患者智力水平及生活质量的影响。方法110例脑梗死后轻中度认知功能障碍患者随机分为两组各55例,在脑梗死基础治疗基础上,对照组给予多奈哌齐,观察组在给予奥拉西坦联合多奈哌齐,比较两组的认知功能和生活质量。结果治疗后,两组的MoCA评分、QOL评分均较治疗前提高,且观察组的MoCA评分、QOL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥拉西坦辅助胆碱酯酶抑制剂治疗脑梗死后轻中度认知功能障碍,能有效提高患者的认知功能、智力水平,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of oxiracetam assisted cholinesterase inhibitor on intelligence level and quality of life in patients with mild to moderate cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction.Methods 110 patients with mild to moderate cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group.On the basis of basic treatment of cerebral infarction,the control group was given donepezil,and the observation group was given oxiracetam combined with donepezil.The cognitive function and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the MoCA scores and QOL scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the MoCA scores and QOL score of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Oxiracetam assisted cholinesterase inhibitor in the treatment of mild to moderate cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction can effectively improve patients'cognitive function,intelligence level and quality of life.
