米诺环素软膏治疗智齿冠周炎的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Minocycline Ointment in the Treatment of Pericoronitis of Wisdom Tooth

目的探讨米诺环素软膏治疗智齿冠周炎的临床效果。方法选择2018年5月至2019年8月我院收治的智齿冠周炎患者84例,随机分为两组各42例。两组均给予生理盐水和过氧化氢冲洗智齿冠周,在此基础上,对照组采用3%碘甘油治疗,观察组采用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗。比较两组的临床症状缓解时间、临床疗效以及治疗前后的冠周袋菌群情况。结果观察组的炎症消退时间、疼痛缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的冠周袋菌群数比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的冠周袋菌群数均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米诺环素软膏治疗智齿冠周炎效果显著,可有效缩短临床症状缓解时间,减少冠周袋菌群。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of minocycline ointment in the treatment of pericoronitis of wisdom tooth.Methods 84 patients with pericoronitis of wisdom tooth admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were given normal saline and hydrogen peroxide to wash the pericoron of wisdom tooth;in addition,the control group was treated with 3%iodine glycerin,and the observation group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment.The relief time of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,and the pericoronal pocket flora before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The inflammatory regression time and pain relief time of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 95.24%,higher than 78.57%of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant difference was found in the count of pericoronal pocket flora between two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the counts of pericoronal pocket flora of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Minocycline ointment in the treatment of pericoronitis of wisdom tooth has significantly effect,and can effectively shorten the relief time of clinical symptoms,and reduce pericoronal pocket flora.
