盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗老年慢性牙周炎患者的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Minocycline Hydrochloride Combined with Tinidazole in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Periodontitis

目的研究盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗老年慢性牙周炎患者的临床效果。方法选取160例老年慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为两组各80例。观察组采用盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗,对照组采用盐酸米诺环素治疗。比较两组的疗效、牙周指标以及不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.25%,显著高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的PLI、PD和PLA均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的PLI、PD和PLA均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为2.50%,显著低于对照组的11.25%(P<0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗老年慢性牙周炎患者的临床效果显著,安全性高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods 160 elderly patients with chronic periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 80 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole,and the control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride.The efficacy,periodontal indicators and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.25%,significantly higher than 87.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PLI,PD and PLA in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and PLI,PD and PLA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%,significantly lower than 11.25%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic periodontitis has significant clinical effect and high safety.
