埃索美拉唑四联疗法联合益生菌治疗十二指肠球部溃疡患者的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effects of Esomeprazole Quadruple Therapy Combined with Probiotics in the Treatment of Patients with Duodenal Bulbar Ulcer

目的探讨埃索美拉唑四联疗法联合益生菌治疗十二指肠球部溃疡患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年8月至2020年1月我院收治的80例十二指肠球部溃疡患者,依据治疗方案分为两组各40例。对照组采用埃索美拉唑四联疗法治疗,观察组采用埃索美拉唑四联疗法联合益生菌治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、Hp转阴率、疾病复发率及血清免疫功能指标。结果观察组的总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05)。观察组的Hp转阴率高于对照组,疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清IgM、IgA、IgG水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑四联疗法联合益生菌治疗十二指肠球部溃疡患者可取得满意的疗效,有助于提高Hp根除率,降低疾病复发风险,改善机体免疫功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of esomeprazole quadruple therapy combined with probiotics in the treatment of patients with duodenal bulbar ulcer.Methods 80 patients with duodenal bulbar ulcer admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment plan,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with esomeprazole quadruple therapy,while the observation group was treated with esomeprazole quadruple therapy combined with probiotics.The therapeutic effect,Hp negative conversion rate,disease recurrence rate and serum immune function indicators were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.50%,higher than 87.50%of control group(P<0.05).The Hp negative conversion rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the disease recurrence rate was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IgM,IgA and IgG of observation group were all higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Esomeprazole quadruple therapy combined with probiotics in the treatment of patients with duodenal bulbar ulcer can achieve satisfactory efficacy,and can help increase the eradication rate of Hp,reduce the risk of disease recurrence,and improve the immune function of the body.
