微信平台延续性护理干预对尿毒症维持性血液透析患者营养状态及护理服务满意度的影响

Impact of WeChat Platform Continuous Nursing Intervention on Nutritional Status and Nursing Service Satisfaction Degree of Uremic Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的探讨微信平台延续性护理干预对尿毒症维持性血液透析患者营养状态及护理服务满意度的影响。方法选取500例尿毒症维持性血液透析患者,随机分为两组各250例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用微信平台延续性护理干预。比较两组的护理服务满意度及干预前后的营养状态。结果干预后,两组的ALB、PA、TRF、DPI及nPCR水平均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理服务满意度为84.00%,显著高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。结论微信平台延续性护理干预能够有效改善尿毒症维持性血液透析患者的营养状态,提高其护理服务满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of WeChat platform continuous nursing intervention on nutritional status and nursing service satisfaction degree of uremic patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 500 uremic patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 250 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received WeChat platform continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing service satisfaction degree and the nutritional status before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of ALB,PA,TRF,DPI and nPCR of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing service satisfaction degree of the observation group was 84.00%,significantly higher than 68.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions WeChat platform continuous nursing intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status and nursing service satisfaction degree of uremic patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
