Impact of Case Management on Coping Style and Hope Level of Gastric Cancer Patients with Chemotherapy

摘要目的探讨个案管理对胃癌化疗患者应对方式及希望水平的影响。方法120例接受化疗的胃癌患者随机分为两组各60例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个案管理护理,比较两组的应对方式及希望水平。结果护理3个月后,观察组的MCMQ屈服及回避评分低于对照组,面对评分及HHI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个案管理可调整胃癌化疗患者的应对方式,提高其希望水平,临床应用价值高。 Objective To explore the impact of case management on coping style and hope level of gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods 120 cases of gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing,and the observation group received case management nursing.The coping style and hope level were compared between two groups.Results After 3 months of nursing,the yield and avoidance scores of MCMQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the confrontation score and HHI score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Case management can adjust the coping style and improve the hope level of gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy,with high clinical application value.
