医护一体化延续性护理干预对过敏性紫癜患儿遵医行为及复发的影响

Impact of Doctor-Nurse Integrated Continuous Nursing Intervention on Compliance Behavior and Recurrence of Children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

目的探讨医护一体化延续性护理干预在过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿中的应用效果。方法74例HSP患儿随机分为两组各37例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施医护一体化延续性护理干预。比较两组的康复情况、遵医行为、复发率。结果观察组出院3个月后的遵医行为评分高于对照组,腹痛缓解时间、关节疼痛缓解时间及紫癜消失时间短于对照组,疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化延续性护理干预可改善HSP患儿的遵医行为,促进康复,降低复发风险。

Objective To explore the application effect of doctor-nurse integrated continuous nursing intervention on medical compliance and recurrence of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods 74 children with HSP were randomly divided into two groups,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received doctor-nurse integrated continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation,compliance behavior and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Results The compliance behavior scores at 3 months after discharge of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the relief time of abdominal pain,relief time of joint pain and disappearance time of purpura were shorter than those of the control group,and the disease recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Doctor-nurse integrated continuous nursing intervention can improve the compliance behavior,promote rehabilitation and reduce recurrence risk of children with HSP.
