摘要
目的探讨基于知信行理论的健康教育在子宫内膜异位症患者中的应用效果。方法100例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为两组各50例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用基于知信行理论的健康教育。比较两组的心理状态(SCL-90量表)以及生活质量(WHOQOL-BREF量表)。结果出院后3个月,观察组的SCL-90量表躯体化、人际关系敏感度、抑郁、焦虑各因子得分均低于对照组,WHOQOL-BREF量表生理、心理领域得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于知信行理论的健康教育可有效改善子宫内膜异位症患者的心理状态,缓解负性情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on knowledge-attitude-practice theory in patients with endometriosis.Methods 100 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional health education,while the observation group received health education based on knowledge-attitudepractice theory.The psychological status(SCL-90 scale)and quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF scale)were compared between the two groups.Results 3 months after discharge,the scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety factors in the SCL-90 scale of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the scores of physiological and psychological fields in the WHOQOL-BREF scale were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education based on knowledge-attitudepractice theory can effectively improve the psychological state,alleviate negative emotions,and improve the quality of life of patients with endometriosis.
