胃肠道护理联合体位管理对早产儿喂养耐受率及生长发育的影响

Impact of Gastrointestinal Nursing Combined with Posture Management on Feeding Tolerance Rate and Growth and Development of Preterm Infants

目的探讨胃肠道护理联合体位管理对早产儿喂养耐受率及生长发育的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的60例早产儿为研究对象,随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用早产儿常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予胃肠道护理联合体位管理。比较两组的喂养耐受和生长发育情况。结果观察组的喂养不耐受发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的体重增长速度高于对照组,恢复出生体重时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃肠道护理联合体位管理能显著提升早产儿喂养耐受率,有效促进早产儿生长发育,临床应用效果较好。

Objective To explore the impact of gastrointestinal nursing combined with posture management on feeding tolerance rate and growth and development of preterm infants.Methods 60 preterm infants admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention for premature infants,and the observation group was given gastrointestinal nursing combined with posture management on the basis of the control group.The feeding tolerance and growth and development were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of feeding intolerance of observation group was 3.33%,lower than 30.00%of control group(P<0.05).The weight gain rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the time to regain birth weight was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Gastrointestinal nursing combined with posture management can significantly improve the feeding tolerance rate and effectively promote the growth and development of preterm infants,which has good clinical application effect.
