摘要
为了解决小径木锯切生产线自动化程度不高、效率低的问题,设计小径木圆锯机自动进出料台的控制系统。分析自动进出料台的加工工艺和结构,结合工艺制定控制系统的设计要求,根据控制系统的需求完成硬件选择,并对软件和触摸屏界面进行设计。此控制系统可实现整机的动作控制,实现进料和分料的自动化。自动进出料台的PLC控制系统满足生产加工的要求,提高了小径木圆锯机的自动化程度,降低了劳动强度,拥有较为广阔的应用前景。
In order to solve the problems of low level of automation and inefficiency of undersized log sawing production line,a control system for automatic feeding and unloading platform of circular saw for undersized log is designed.The processing technology and structure of the automatic feeding and unloading platform are analyzed.The design requirements of the control system are formulated according to the process.The hardware selection is completed according to the requirements of the control system.The software and touch screen interface are designed.On the basis of above,the control system can achieve motion control over the whole machine and automatic feeding and splitting.The PLC control system for automatic feeding and unloading platform meets the requirements of production and processing,improves the automation of circular saw for undersized log and reduces labor intensity.Therefore,it has a broad application prospect.
