盐酸伊托必利、法莫替丁、奥美拉唑三联治疗反流性食管炎患者的效果

Effects of Itopride hydrochloride,Famotidine and Omeprazole in treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis

目的:观察盐酸伊托必利、法莫替丁、奥美拉唑三联治疗反流性食管炎患者的效果。方法:选取100例反流性食管炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用法莫替丁联合盐酸伊托必利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加奥美拉唑治疗,比较两组食管pH值、食管黏膜表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)水平、临床症状评分和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组食管pH值均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组食管EGFR阴性率高于对照组,反酸、反食、烧灼感等症状评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸伊托必利、法莫替丁、奥美拉唑三联治疗反流性食管炎患者可提高食管pH值及食管黏膜EGFR阴性率,降低临床症状评分,效果优于法莫替丁联合盐酸伊托必利治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate effects of Itopride hydrochloride,Famotidine and Omeprazole in treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods:100 patients with reflux esophagitis were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,each with 50 cases.The control group was treated with Famotidine combined with Itopride hydrochloride,while the observation group was treated with Omeprazole on the basis those of the control group.The esophageal pH,esophageal mucosal epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)level,and clinical symptoms score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the esophageal pH values in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment;that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the esophageal EGFR level and the scores of acid regurgitation,food regurgitation,burning sensation and other symptoms of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The triple therapy of Itopride hydrochloride,Famotidine,and Omeprazole in the treatment of the patients with reflux esophagitis can increase the esophageal pH,the esophageal EGFR level and the clinical symptom scores.Moreover,it is superior to Famotidine combined with Itopride hydrochloride.
