摘要
丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)引起的丙型肝炎已经成为影响人们健康的严重病毒性疾病,做好相应检测技术分析则能够更好地监测,也能够让此种疾病得到更好的治疗和改善。本文从酶联免疫吸附试验、化学发光试验、胶体金法快速试验、抗-HCV检测、HCV-RNA核酸的扩增检测技术、基因测序与分型、同时性检测抗-HCV与HCV核心抗原的检测技术研究进展进行综述,希望可以为HCV的检测优化提供借鉴。
Hepatitis C caused by hepatitis C virus(HCV)has become a serious viral disease that affects people's health.Development of detection techniques can better monitor and treat this disease.In this paper,we summarize the progress on enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,chemiluminescence test,colloidal gold rapid test,anti-HCV detection,HCV-RNA nucleic acid amplification detection technology,gene sequencing and typing,and simultaneous detection of anti-HCV and HCV core antigen.The research progress of detection technology is hoping to provide references for the optimization of HCV detection.
