医护一体化管理模式在提高肿瘤科护士核心能力中的应用

Application of doctor-nurse collaboration management mode in improving oncology nurses'core competence

目的探讨医护一体化管理模式在培养肿瘤科护士核心能力中的应用及效果。方法选取本院化疗一科17名护士作为研究对象。于2018年12月对肿瘤科护士核心能力、医护满意度进行前期调研。2018年12月至2019年12月实施医护一体化管理模式,并于2019年12月再次进行调研。对比医护一体化管理模式实施前后肿瘤科护士核心能力、医护满意度。结果医护一体化管理模式实施后,肿瘤科护士核心能力从(246.18±5.33)分提升至(257.94±3.33)分,医护满意度分别从(13.50±0.85)分、(16.76±2.11)分提升至(16.50±1.51)分、(20.71±1.36)分,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论医护一体化管理模式能有效提升肿瘤科护士核心能力及医护满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of doctor-nurse collaboration management mode for training core competence of oncology nurses.Methods Seventeen nurses working at the First Department of Chemotherapy were chosen as the study objects.Their core competence and the scores of doctors'and nurses'satisfaction were investigated in December,2018.The doctor-nurse collaboration management mode was applied from December,2018 to December,2019;and their core competence and the score of doctors'and nurses'satisfaction were investigated in December,2019,and were compared with those before the application.Results After the implementation of the doctor-nurse collaboration management model,the core competence of the oncology nurses was improved from(246.18±5.33)to(257.94±3.33),and the scores of doctors'and nurses'satisfaction from(13.50±0.85)and(16.76±2.11)to(16.50±1.51)and(20.71±1.36),respectively,with statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion The doctor-nurse collaborating management mode is an effective management mode for improving the core competence of oncology nurses as well as doctors'and nurses'satisfaction.
