NSE、β2-MG、Hcy、Cys C在脑梗死诊断中的临床价值研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测血清中的神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(Cys C)在脑梗死诊断中的临床价值。方法将2019年1月至2019年12月在本院急诊就诊的脑梗死患者60例和健康人群60例纳入研究对象,脑梗死患者为观察组,健康人群为对照组。比较不同组患者相应的NSE、β2-MG、Hcy、Cys C水平,同时比较两组患者的生活质量。根据NIHSS总分将观察组分为低危组35例与高危组25例,低危组NIHSS<7分,高危组NIHSS≥8分,比较两组NSE、β2-MG、Hcy、Cys C水平。结果观察组NSE、β2-MG、Hcy、Cys C水平分别为(26.76±5.29)ng/ml、(2.55±0.96)mg/L、(27.17±9.45)μmol/L、(1.02±0.28)mg/L,均高于对照组(15.59±2.19)ng/ml、(2.32±0.27)mg/L、(17.59±8.85)μmol/L、(0.83±0.34)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);低危组NSE、β2-MG、Hcy、Cys C水平分别为(22.85±1.36)ng/ml、(2.34±0.79)mg/L、(23.45±11.68)μmol/L、(0.97±0.20)mg/L,均低于高危组(30.67±4.87)ng/ml、(3.21±1.09)mg/L、(28.89±6.22)μmol/L、(1.12±0.34)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、认知功能评分分别为(66.35±14.24)分、(74.18±11.59)分、(72.58±9.45)分、(69.25±9.01)分,均低于对照组(78.74±13.25)分、(80.25±12.45)分、(81.63±12.56)分、(73.12±11.42)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论脑梗死与NSE、β2-MG、Hcy和Cys C水平有关,根据这些指标可判断患者的进展程度以及预后情况,及早进行诊治有助于提升患者的生活质量。 Objective To study the clinical value of NSE,β2-microglobulin,Hcy,and Cys C in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Methods From January to December,2019,60 patients with cerebral infarction were included as an observation group,and 60 healthy people a control group.The levels of NSE,β2-microglobulin,Hcy,and Cys C were compared between the two groups;and the qualities of life in the two groups were compared.According to their NIHSS scores,the patients were divided into a low risk group(NIHSS score<7)and a high risk group(NIHSS score≥8);and the levels of NSE,β2-microglobulin,Hcy,and Cys C were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of NSE,β2-MG,Hcy,and Cys C were higher in the observation group than in the control group[(26.76±5.29)ng/ml vs.(15.59±2.19)ng/ml,(2.55±0.96)mg/L vs.(2.32±0.27)mg/L,(27.17±9.45)μmol/L vs.(17.59±8.85)μmol/L,and(1.02±0.28)mg/L vs.(0.83±0.34)mg/L;all P<0.05],and were lower in the low-risk group than in the high-risk group[(22.85±1.36)ng/ml vs.(30.67±4.87)ng/ml,(2.34±0.79)mg/L vs.(3.21±1.09)mg/L,(23.45±11.68)μmol/L vs.(28.89±6.22)μmol/L,and(0.97±0.20)mg/L vs.(1.12±0.34)mg/L;all P<0.05].The scores of body,role,social,and cognitive functions were lower in the observation group than in the control group[(66.35±14.24)vs.(78.74±13.25),(74.18±11.59)vs.(80.25±12.45),(72.58±9.45)vs.(81.63±12.56),and(69.25±9.01)vs.(73.12±11.42);all P<0.05].Conclusion Cerebral infarction is related to the levels of NSE,β2-MG,Hcy,and Cys C.According to these indicators,we can judge the progress and prognosis of the patients.Early diagnosis and treatment is helpful to improve the patients'quality of life.
