在经济建设高速发展、各行业百花齐放的时代,国家对基础建设的投入力度不断增强,公路、水运、市政及铁路行业的建筑施工单位经营范围从单一化、专业化向多元化、广泛化转变。随着经营范围的扩大,安全管理过程管控的难度越发凸显,如何将从前某一个专项领域的安全管理流程和体系融入多元化的施工建设中,并能够取得良好的落实效果,就是本文研究和论述的重点。

In the era of rapid economic development and the blossoming of various industries,the state has continuously increased its investment in infrastructure.The business scope of construction units in the highway,water transportation,municipal and railway industries has changed from singularity and specialization to diversification and extensiveness.With the expansion of business scope,the difficulty of safety management process control becomes more and more prominent.How to integrate the safety management process and system from a certain special field into the diversified construction and achieve good implementation results is the focus of this article.
