高校图书馆作为知识数据管理中心,是高校重要的信息资源保障机构、学术研究中心。高质量的文献资源建设是高校图书馆为读者提供优质服务的基础。针对高校图书馆文献资源建设存在经费不足、存储空间有限、特色资源匮乏、文献资源的大众化和个性化冲突等问题,提出增加文献资源购置经费、改善馆舍空间、加强特色资源的建设与利用、积极设立重点学科院系资料室、多渠道协同采购等举措,以期能解决部分问题,为学校的教学科研提供文献保障。
