摘要 全面梳理电网工程全过程影响工程总投资形成的因素集合,通过主成分分析法提取出12项主要影响因素。根据不同性质划分将主要影响因素归纳为不可控因素和管理因素两大类,并提出管理因素应作为投资管控的重点,为电网工程精准投资管控提供借鉴。 This paper comprehensively sorts out the set of factors affecting the formation of total project investment in the whole process of power grid engineering,and extracts 12 main influencing factors through principal component analysis.According to different properties,the main influencing factors are classified into uncontrollable factors and management factors,and it is proposed that management factors should be the focus of investment control,so as to provide reference for precise investment control of power grid engineering.
