摘要 近年来我国交通运输网发展迅速,为适应复杂变化的地形环境,桥梁结构类型逐渐趋于复杂化,高墩桥梁逐年增多,墩柱已经由20~50m的实心墩发展到超百米的空心薄壁墩,高墩施工是桥梁建设的难点。保证工程质量、施工安全和提升高墩施工效率仍然是目前工程中亟需解决的问题。本文结合云湛高速公路肖河大桥高墩施工实践,重点介绍了整体式外爬架设计和施工方法。整体式外爬架结构设计合理,传力形式简单,结构稳定性能好,与翻模施工之间工序干扰小,操作简便,支架材料投入少,性价比优于传统翻模施工,具有良好经济社会效益。 In recent years,China's transportation network has developed rapidly.In order to adapt to the complex and changing terrain environment,bridge structure types have gradually become more complicated,and the number of high-pier Bridges has increased year by year.Piers have developed from 20~50m solid piers to over 100m hollow thin-wall piers,and the construction of high-pier is a difficulty in bridge construction.To ensure the project quality and construction safety,improving the construction efficiency of high piers is still an urgent problem to be solved.This article combines the construction practice of the high piers of the Xiaohe Bridge on the Yunzhan Expressway,and focuses on the design and construction methods of the integral external climbing frame.The integral external climbing frame has reasonable structure design,simple force transmission form,good structural stability performance,small process interference with turnover form construction,simple operation,less support material investment,better cost performance than traditional turnover form construction,and has good economic and social benefits.
