With the continuous improvement of the development speed of information technology,the era of big data has arrived,bringing convenience and efficiency to people's lives and work,and bringing opportunities and challenges to the development of various industries.The Communique of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee has clearly stated that"China has turned to a stage of high-quality development".Construction and installation companies need to recognize the importance and necessity of the application of big data technology in the high-quality development of the company,and reasonably apply big data technology in management to improve the efficiency of enterprises'decision-making and management.Based on this,this article deeply analyzes the connotation of big data and the practical application of big data technology in the management of construction and installation enterprises,in order to improve the quality of enterprise management and the ability of sustainable development.
