摘要 在梳理大学生就业能力构成文献基础上,提出基于素质冰山理论的大学生就业能力构成要素模型。针对应届毕业生和用人单位的调查表明,在对就业能力要素重要性的评价中,毕业生和用人单位有一致的趋势,毕业生评价均值总体高于用人单位评价的均值。学习能力、沟通表达能力、团队协作能力、诚实正直、敬业精神、忠诚度是用人单位和毕业生都认可的重要就业能力要素,大学生就业能力要素与学科类别关系不大,具有较好的普适性。 On the basis of combing the literature of college students'employability composition,a model of college students'employability constituent elements based on the quality iceberg theory is proposed.A survey of recent graduates and employers shows that in the evaluation of the importance of employability factors,graduates and employers have a consistent trend,and the average evaluation of graduates is generally higher than the average evaluation of employers.Learning ability,communication skills,teamwork ability,honesty and integrity,professionalism,and loyalty are important elements of employability recognized by employers and graduates.The employment ability factors of college students have little relationship with the subject category,and they have good universality.
